- Each iteration of Agile takes 1-4 weeks of time
- It distributes the software with faster and fewer changes
- The agile software development process takes the feedback of the product. The product is delivered within 1 to 4 weeks of iteration.
- The main role in Agile team is Scrum Master and Product owner
- Every Agile team is a cross functional team which consist of 5 to 9 team members
- The ideal agile team contains 3 to 4 developers, 1 tester, 1 technical lead, 1 scrum master and 1 product owner but this can vary based on the company and their work culture and ethics like many small companies which maintain scum process but they have only one tester who worked for 2 different teams and each team has 4-5 developers and for 5-6 teams only one product owner is present but in case of MNCs the ideal scrum team structure is maintained
