- An Agile team works in iterations to deliver the customer requirement, and each iteration takes 10 to 15 days but for some case it takes more days based on the complexity of the task, if a small change is assigned to the team like small UI change then it will take 1-2 days to finish the task and lets say if there is a feature which is complex in nature and which can affect existing modules then it will take a 10 days to 20 days to deliver the task
- However, the original Agile Manifesto didn’t set the time period of two-week iterations or an ideal team size.
- Agile scrum planning is based on feature requirement/ user requirement and the business value of the requirement. If the feature requirement is very crucial for business and company will get profit out of it then they will check , to develop the feature how much time is required and then that feature is developed and after tested delivered to the customer
